About the Program

LGBTI (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex) Inclusion initiatives are taking the corporate world and government employers by storm. One of the fastest growing diversity initiatives in Australia, employers are keen to showcase their LGBTI inclusivity initiatives and brand themselves as employers of choice in this area. LGBTI people are keen to find inclusive employers and will be gleaning information from the recruitment process, but not all will disclose what has to be one of the most critical employment decisions for them. So how can recruiters stay ahead of the game? What acronyms, language and diversity initiatives do you need to be aware of? How can you differentiate yourself to your employers and showcase dream jobs to the LGBTI population?
